After three state runner-up trophies (2016-2018) against cross-state rival Gulliver Prep, the Holy Names swim and dive team claimed their first state crown on Saturday, November 19. It was a dominating performance for the Jaguars which included winning two state title relays, five individual state titles, and outpacing 2nd place Gulliver Prep by 98 points (Holy Names-352, Gulliver Prep-254). The weekend also included three All-American consideration swims and seven school records. Medal winners:

- 400 Freestyle Relay— State Champion (Bella D., Kate P., Isabel S., Brooke B.) School Record & All-American Consideration
- Brooke B: 200 Freestyle — State Champion & School Record & 100 Backstroke — State Champion & School Record
- Isabel S: 200 IM — State Champion & School Record & 100 Butterfly — 3rd place All-American Consideration
- Kate P: 200 IM — 4th place & 100 Butterfly — 5th place
- Bella D: 50 Freestyle—State Champion, School Record & All-American Consideration & 100 Freestyle — State Champion & School Record
- Kinsley L: Diving — 4th place
- Matea L: Diving — 6th place
- Grace C: 100 Backstroke — 6th place
