Record-breaking Performance at Track States

AHN's track & field team finished 5th overall in the state championship meet, with school records being broken left and right!

  • Freshman Liz W. became AHN’s first state champion in school history in a running event by placing 1st and setting a new school record in the 1600m.
  • Gabby M. ’23 placed 6th in the pole vault after winning the region championship where she broke the school record.
  • The 1600m relay team of Jayda P. ’23, Camille M. ’23, Megan H. ’24, and Britton B. ’22 placed 4th
  • Liz W. ’25 placed 2nd in the 800m.
  • The 4x800 relay team of Britton B. ’22, Lilly H. ’25, Chloe C. ’24, and Liz W. ’25 placed 2nd and set a new school record
  • Jayda P. ’23 set a new school record in the 400m.
