It’s been a busy summer for AHN’s Speech & Debate Team! Seven members qualified for National Catholic Forensic League's national tournament in Louisville during Memorial Day Weekend, Sr. Mary Patricia Plumb was recognized for earning her 7th Diamond Award for her many years as a coach, and Mei L. was one of only two district students to qualify for the National Speech and Debate Association’s June tournament. Mei wrote and delivered an informative speech entitled "Standardized Testing is Failing American Students.”
