The three finalists from each grade-level spelling bee (grades 5-8) competed in the Middle School Spelling Bee. Congratulations to 5th-grader Margarita V. for being crowned champion! Seventh-grader Justine P. placed 2nd, and 8th-grader Diego T. placed 3rd. Margarita will now advance to the Central Florida Spelling Bee in Haines City next month to compete against the top spellers from other schools. Good luck!
