Mrs. Abele's 8th-grade art students had their art featured in the 8th Annual Re-purposed DooDad Sculpture Competition. The competition required students to re-purpose snack wrappers and plastic bags to create sculptures with the theme "Shoes - Oh! The Places You'll Go," based on the Dr. Seuss book. After a week of voting, it was announced that Mrs. Abele's art students won first place as well as People's Choice. Congratulations!
