To Be, Rather Than to Seem

Happy Catholic Schools Week!

Happy Catholic Schools Week! Our elementary students have been participating in some fun activities all week long to celebrate what makes AHN so unique.

On Monday, they participated in an affirmation activity where they wrote on hearts what makes their classmates special. The affirmations were read out loud in each class and will are displayed on a bulletin board in the hallway.

Tuesday's theme in Catholic Schools Week was Celebrating Our Students. Our elementary students paired with their buddies for a scavenger hunt around campus searching for photo clues taken by the middle school photography students. It's always a great day when it starts with a buddy activity!

On Wednesday, classes packed "mercy bags" filled with socks, snacks, and toiletries for those in need in the Tampa community.

Today they wrote positive notes to their teachers and AHN staff thanking them for their hard work, and tomorrow we will welcome our grandparents and special friends for the annual Grandparents Day!
