Elementary School Community Service Day is always such a special day for our Academy community. Pre-K through 4th-grade students made 130 blankets for Hospice patients and children in foster care, 160 sock snowmen for residents in nursing homes, 83 one-of-a-kind rosaries for missionaries and 320 activity bags for children in local hospitals. They bagged lunches and snack packs for soup kitchens and also wrote letters to those who have served in our armed forces to be distributed through Honor Flight. Our middle school students traveled off campus to volunteer at nursing homes, day cares, schools, food pantries and many other sites. Click here to view a video highlighting the day.
