By the Bay Gala

By the Bay is the Academy’s annual gala and premier fundraising event. Proceeds directly support students through campus resources, technology, mission and ministry programming, and tuition assistance across all grade levels.

By the Bay is on March 28, 2026 at the Tampa Marriott Water Street from 6:00 to 11:00 pm.

The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with a cocktail hour that features the wine wall, games and chances, and a silent auction. After the cocktail hour, we will head into the ballroom for a seated dinner and program featuring students of the Academy and the live auction. The evening will conclude with dancing to the DeLeon Band until 11:00 pm.

Cocktail attire is requested, black tie optional.

Our Silent Auction features many incredible experiences and items donated by AHN families and our local business community. Some categories not to be missed include:

• Class Projects: Each grade, Pre-K to 4^th, creates a unique keepsake featuring the students.
• Class Baskets: Each grade puts together a uniquely themed basket from parent donations.
• AHN Favorites: This category features exclusive AHN experiences including front row seats, extra recess time, guaranteed electives, and so much more!
• Teacher Adventures: Many of our teachers generously donate a fun day with students. Experiences in past years have included principal for a day, a bowling party, and a private painting party.
