Health and Fitness
The Health and Fitness department helps develop and enhance students’ critical life-management skills, necessary to make sound decisions and to take positive actions for healthy living. This is achieved through a holistic approach combining both health and fitness aspects in an atmosphere which encourages discussion and participation of every student.
