Chocolate Camp - A Sweet Adventure
Children will learn how chocolate transforms from the cacao bean to the chocolate bar as they prepare to become mini chocolatiers. They will have the opportunity to use the skills they have learned combined with their own personal creativity to make wonderful chocolate masterpieces that they can take home (if they make it that far!). Some of the events for the week include molding flat shapes (pizza slice and other shapes of their choice), decorating with colored chocolate, making 3-D chocolate shapes, dipping into chocolate with Oreo cookies, pretzels, potatoes chips, and making their own chocolate cup cluster creations using decorative sprinkles, colored chocolate, mini M&M’s, and drizzling with MORE chocolate! Children take their creations home to enjoy with their family! Yuummmm…
This camp will have the opportunity to swim on Friday if weather and time permits.
