Weekly eNews: March 7th, 2019

Dear FIRSTNAME,

Yesterday, Father Franco celebrated Ash Wednesday Mass with our AHN community. During mass, he took time to talk about the importance of prayer, fasting, and giving during the season of Lent. He also said a special blessing over the 200 Academy missionaries who are heading out to serve for a week in eight different locations, both in the country and internationally. As we enter into this liturgical season, I pray that we open our hearts to the love of Christ, grow closer as a faith community, and stay safe as we reach out to others in need.

"Almighty and Everlasting God, You have given the human race Jesus Christ our Savior as a model of humility. He fulfilled Your will by becoming man and giving His life on the cross. Help us to bear witness to You by following His example of suffering and make us worthy to share in His resurrection. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son."

Sincerely,

Art Raimo
