The primary responsibility of this employee is to manage and process bi-weekly payroll via Paylocity, manage the employee benefits cycle from open enrollment to renewal, new-hires, and terminations, as well as be the point of contact for policy renewals for: health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD, and any other ancillary products.
The Assistant Rowing Coach will work closely with the Head Rowing Coach to support the day-to-day operations of the rowing program. A background in strength and conditioning training is a plus. The position offers a coaching stipend.

The Academy of the Holy Names is seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Extended Day Program Assistant to join our Auxiliary Programs team. This part-time role supports our Extended Day program for students ages 4 to 14, providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment during after-school hours. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, communicates well with both students and staff, and brings positivity to their role each day.
