The Advancement Associate reports to the Director of Advancement. This is a full-time, 12-month salaried position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening assignments. Dedicated attention is given to the weeks preceding the end of the calendar year and the fiscal year, when giving activity is brisk.
The primary responsibility of the Finance and HR Operations Assistant is to manage and process bi-weekly payroll via Paylocity, manage the employee benefits cycle from open enrollment to renewal, new-hires, and terminations, as well as be the point of contact for policy renewals for: health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD, and any other ancillary products.
The Director of Mission and Ministry serves as a member of the Academy of the Holy Names Leadership Team and is responsible for providing strategic, pastoral, and administrative leadership for the school’s Catholic identity, SNJM charism, and multi-divisional Campus Ministry program. Beyond overseeing programs and experiences, the Director is called to meaningfully inspire students and adults alike to encounter the love of God, grow in the Catholic faith, serve others in need, and live with greater purpose and fidelity to the Gospel and SNJM values.
