Congratulations, AHN 8th Grade Class of 2026!

The Academy of the Holy Names celebrated a joyful milestone on May 21, 2026, honoring the 8th Grade Class of 2026 as they officially graduated from middle school. Surrounded by family, friends, faculty, and classmates, 63 students were recognized for their achievements, growth, and the strong bonds they formed during their time at AHN.

The ceremony reflected the spirit of the Jaguar community, one rooted in faith, scholarship, leadership, and service. The evening celebrated a class that has made a lasting impact on campus and is well prepared for the exciting journey ahead.

AHN also proudly recognized several students for their outstanding achievements:

  • Valedictorian: Helena R.
  • Salutatorian: Tristan L.
  • Mothers Association School Achievement Award: Emmy C. and Donato D.
  • Dads Club Scholar-Athlete Award: Matthew G. and Avery W.

These students exemplify the values of the Academy through their leadership, commitment, and contributions both inside and outside the classroom.

As the Class of 2026 prepares to begin the next chapter in high school, the entire AHN community sends them off with pride, prayers, and excitement for all that lies ahead. Congratulations, Jaguars. Your future is bright!

 


Description of Awards

Academic Honors 

Student(s) with the highest and second highest overall academic average for eighth grade.
  • Highest Academic Honors - Valedictorian 
  • Second Highest Academic Honors - Salutatorian

Dads Club Scholar Athlete Award 

Eighth grade girl and boy who have participated in at least three sports, are in the top half of their class academically and have a desirable attitude, good conduct and a well-rounded personality (voted by faculty).

Mothers Association School Achievement Award 

Eighth grade girl and boy who have attended the Academy of the Holy Names for at least four years and who best exemplify the values and beliefs the Academy promotes (voted by faculty).
