High School Volunteer Interest Form

The By the Bay Gala Committee meets on Tuesdays at 8:15 am throughout the year. All are welcome to join the committee we welcome your help at any time during the year. We also need volunteers for wine wall collection, wrapping class baskets, set up, and more!

Volunteer to help with check-in, games, and more at our annual golf tournament to support AHN students at Carrollwood Country Club. 

Help with breakfast for all HS students during mid-terms.

Freshman and sophomore moms help provide the hospitality for the Junior Ring ceremony.

Support and help the co-chairs with the Christmas brunch for all High School mothers on December 16 at the Tampa Yacht & Country Club.

Assist with providing hospitality for High School Grandparents Day.

Support the co-chairs with the High School Mothers Luncheon at the Tampa Yacht & Country Club.

We invite freshman, sophomore, and junior moms to support and help the co-chairs plan the Senior Mother Daughter Luncheon at the Tampa Yacht & Country Club.

Senior moms only. Support the co-chairs with providing breakfast on the Seniors last day.

Junior moms only. Support the co-chairs with the parking lot party for Juniors (rising Seniors).

Provide breakfast for all HS students during final exams. Exact date TBD.

The Jag Shop is a spirit shop open twice a month; you can volunteer on any of the open dates through their SignUpGenius. Volunteers assist parents in finding school spirit items, help tag merchandise, count inventory, restock products, and keep the shop organized and welcoming. The Clothes Closet is a gently used uniform shop open twice a month; you can volunteer on any of the open dates through their sign up genius. Volunteers assist parents in finding uniforms, help with laundry, tag sizes, organize clothing, and keep the space neat and easy to shop. The AHN Rosary Group welcomes all AHN moms who are interested in gathering throughout the school year to pray the Rosary together. Meetings offer a peaceful and meaningful opportunity to reflect on Scripture, grow in faith, and connect with other mothers in the AHN community through this traditional Catholic prayer. No prior experience is necessary, and moms are welcome to attend as their schedules allow. Parents in Prayer welcomes all AHN parents who are interested in gathering throughout the school year to pray together for our students, families, faculty, staff, and school community. Meetings provide a meaningful opportunity to grow in faith, support one another, and lift the needs of the AHN community through regular Christian prayer.
