Children's Gasparilla Parade

AHN is thrilled to participate in one of Tampa’s most treasured traditions, the Children's Gasparilla Parade on January 24, 2026.

Children's Parade Day Parking
Pre-paid reserved parking is sold out. Day-of parking will be offered until our lots reach capacity. 

Pre-Parade Picnic
All AHN families are invited to join us on the Bayshore playground for a festive pre-parade picnic from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. DJ Michael Masters will kick off the fun. Families are welcome to bring a picnic lunch. Light snacks will be provided. 

The Parade
Our 8th grade and 12th grade students will represent the Academy on our two floats in the parade. Due to updated parade regulations, only students participating in the parade will receive wristbands. 

New this year: Due to an update in parade regulations, only our participating students will receive wristbands to enter the parade route. We will no longer be able have AHN families walk alongside our floats.
